Gemma Taavale, Director
Three Points is led by Gemma Taavale, a practitioner passionate about supporting people, leaders and organisations to create workplaces where wellbeing, safety and performance thrive together.
With over two decades of experience working in large organisations and alongside small businesses, community organisations and diverse workforces, Gemma brings a calm, practical and people‑centred approach to health, safety and wellness.
Her work spans culture, communications and change management, WHS, systems and governance, resilience and engagement, helping organisations understand their responsibilities and take confident, achievable steps forward.
